I believe Vitamin D-3 combined with K2 is vital for those lacking sun exposure. This combination aids in calcium absorption. A deficiency in Vitamin D can lead to fatigue and lowered immunity. I take it daily, and in case of colds, I double my dosage for a week, which effectively strengthens my immune system. I highly recommend it.

At the start of March, I experienced my first hay fever symptoms in 20 years, including itchy eyes and a runny nose. I took 5000 IU of Vitamin D-3, and after increasing it to 15,000-20,000 IU for a week, my symptoms subsided. I now take 5000 IU daily, and I’m doing well. After pollen season, I'll reduce to 2000 IU. It's been very beneficial for me.
